WE ended up not staying there and found another accommodation for the night.
4.0− The apartment is beautiful in many ways. It is basically a wine making operation which because i have my own vineyard was very impressive. The single drawback for us as a couple in their late 70's having the bedroom on the top floor and the bathtroom on the far end of the bottom floor made it impossible to navigate safely especially at night. As far as the location it wasn't the easiest place to find even with help from several people in the neighborhood.
