- Neighbors have dogs expect barking noise.
- Due to the pandemic situation, azienda clubhouse/ swimming pool is NOT available at the moment for safety reasons.
- This listing is NOT accessible by public transport. Only Motorbike (HABAL HABAL) available around the area. You can ask them to send you to the main road or to the nearest mall (STARMALL) for 30 PESOS FARE.. Going back to the house is not a problem you can easily take a GRAB CAR OR TAXI.
