10.0Everything was perfect! Typically it’s American residences visiting who are hard to please! Mom is very very hard to pls! She approves!! I highly recommend this beach front property! I was pleasantly surprised that each bedroom had its own bathroom! This place is definitely worth the price. My sister will be visiting and she will be booking soon!

1.0close to the water but a walkway of traffic is alongside - also a-lot of construction and ferrel dogs roaming at night beware
− old poorly maintained and run down - ac terrible and non existent downstairs - garden a mess furniture not comfortable
