− I think the hostess should give at lease Two cups of coffee for the first day . There was a coffee machine but coffee at all For the first morning .

10.0Très bon emplacement face à l'océan, situation calme. Nous avons bien profité du balcon pour les repas et le repos. La cuisine était très bien équipée. La propriétaire était très aimable et attentionnée. Nous avons passé un super séjour.

Nightmare experience
1.0− Al momento del check in (intorno alle 2 del mattino a causa del volo in ritardo), l'host (una signora che parla solo portoghese e non una sola parola di inglese) ci ha dato le chiavi. Dopo 10 minuti abbiamo trovato uno scarafaggio all'interno dell'appartamento (in salotto). Dopo averlo ucciso ho chiamato l'host che ha visto con i suoi occhi lo scarafaggio e si è accorta degli altri (vivi e morti) presenti nel patio di fronte. Ho immediatamente cercato un'altra sistemazione e fatto una segnalazione alla piattaforma. Ho provato a rientrare nell'appartamento l'ultima notte disponibile (che era ovviamente pagata) del mio soggiorno, ma l'host ci ha negato l'ingresso (nonostante ci avesse scritto che se avessimo voluto tornare avremmo potuto) ignorando completamente messaggi e telefonate. Abbiamo chiesto la restituzione dell'intero importo alla piattaforma, che però non ci ha tutelati dicendo che la decisione di restituirci l'importo era imputabile solo all'host (che chiaramente ha rifiutato). Sconsiglio nella maniera più assoluta un soggiorno qui, sia per motivi igienico sanitari che morali.

10.0Ganz tolle Lage, sehr sauber, ruhig, fußläufig Supermarkt und Restaurant zu erreichen. Delfine auch ohne Fernglas zu beobachten. 😊

10.0We booked the first floor apartment - clean, big, spacious, beautiful apartment, well balanced design combining new and old elements, amazing ocean view, good Wi-Fi connection, comfy bed, the place is exactly like shown in the pictures or even better :-) The owner doesn't speak English, but we managed to communicate by using Google translate :-). To find the house easier, on Google Maps, we searched Casa Branca AL (the house near the Casa das Arcadas).
