Stockholm archipelago with pool, boat and bikes

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Sehr saubere Unterkunft. Es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war hervorragend. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Alles wie beschrieben, schade dass in den Schären ab Mitte August schon so viel geschlossen hat.

Huis met praktische ligging

Het is huis is smaakvol ingericht. Prettig dat er een airco en zwembad was. De ligging is praktisch nabij supermarkt en bushalte. Ook restaurant is op loopafstand.

− - Toilet is op badkamer. Niet praktisch in huis voor 6 personen - Geen gordijnen in woonkamer - 1 van de slaapkamers is niet goed te verduisteren - Weinig glazen - De fietsen zijn alleen geschikt voor een korte fietstocht - Roeiboot ipv motorboot. - Het huis ligt verscholen tussen de bomen, geen uitzicht.

Nice enough, but misleading listing

Nice location, with a sizeable yard, out in the archipelago. The house is quite comfortable and has a good amount of space. Internet worked fine, at a reasonable speed, although it doesn't reach all the bedrooms, so a booster would really be helpful. It is a short walk to a pier and a really nice exercise place (not a playground, but still fun for kids to climb on). A couple of bikes are available, which our kids enjoyed.

− To put it simply, no pool, no boat. I mean, it is literally called "with pool, boat", because those things being available are a primary point of renting the house. Now there is a pool, but it clearly wasn't prepared for use and hadn't been cleaned in quite a while. We weren't given any advance notice the pool wouldn't be available, until a message on the day asking us to keep any small children away from the cover - and when I responded asking whether that meant the pool wasn't accessible, I got no response. And there is apparently a boat, but only from June-August, which again isn't mentioned in the listing - and the weather was warm and clear, so we would indeed have used it. Again, though, no advance notice. Also a small ant problem, which wasn't big enough to be significant, but obviously will be if not addressed. Overall, it's a perfectly nice house, even though not outstanding, but "perfectly nice" doesn't make up for a seriously misleading listing, and if the listing had been accurate we would have rented somewhere else.

Wonderful place to gather family

The location. We had moose in the garden and the water just down the road. It felt like were both out in nature yet close to shops.

− The fireplace was just installed and on the first go it got a bit smoky - after that it was ok.
