10.0Location was quiet but once out in the street our favourite pizza place in AoNang was right there. The villa was lovely and homely and spotlessly clean. Had every kitchen appliance and utensil you could ever need. Will definitely book again.
− Communication with the host was extremely difficult. They sent us to a completely different hotel and wasted half a day trying to find where we were meant to be staying. This was really disappointing.

4.0The outside is lovely, it’s a quiet and peaceful area and not too far from the business of the town.
− We booked this villa for four nights but left after two due to serious issues with cleanliness and safety. The property is advertised as “modern,” however this was not reflected in reality. The villa felt dated and poorly maintained. Most concerning was the main door — the lock did not feel secure and the door did not fully shut, which made us feel unsafe during our stay. Cleanliness was also unacceptable. The sheets, mattress cover, and bedding clearly had not been changed prior to our arrival. We discovered a used condom wrapper under the mattress, which was extremely disturbing and unhygienic. This completely undermined our trust in the cleanliness of the property. We paid the full, non-refundable price, but due to these issues we did not feel comfortable staying and made the decision to leave early. This could be a nice place if basic standards were met, but based on our experience, the lack of cleanliness and security means we cannot recommend this property.
