A fabulous pet friendly home within minutes to Sunday River
10.0The property was very easy to access with a code, was extremely clean and comfortable. It was very cozy and had everything that we needed. There close proximity to Sunday river resort was so convenient. The hot tub was a great treat after a day of skiing. The house exceeded our expectations. We would definitely stay there again
− There's nothing about the property that we didn't like. The only complaint is that the price was a little more expensive than average.

8.0Location is really good. Breathtaking mountain view from the house. Walking distance to 2 breweries. The house is very cozy and has everything you need for cooking & laundry. The owner was also very responsive to our questions.
− The house is dog friendly. When we got to the house everything looks clean but the cleaner missed on dog fur. They are on the sofa, blankets & carpet. We had to vacuum everything since I’m allergic to dog furs. Even after I got home & washed my clothes they’re still stick on my clothes. I had to throw my pants.

9.0Great spot, cute house, perfect location. It was really convenient to be close to the lifts. Perhaps you could offer a lesser price for people who are only using one room, since you only have to pay your cleaners to clean one bedroom and one bathroom. We were only a couple but I think if we were traveling with a group (especially with children) I would suggest you provide some board games or activities other than watching television or screen time to entertain.
− The rules are a bit much, like asking that each guest only use one towel for the entirety of their stay. It's REALLY expensive, so this ask, along with having the dishes all clean and put away, is really off-putting. The cleaning fee should be waived or reduced if you are asking your guests to do these things.
