A damage deposit of USD 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
We are super dog-friendly and your pet will most definitely enjoy the open air and cozy atmosphere. We do, however, have a pet fee of $50 per dog due to the increased time needed to clean up the home after the pets have left. These funds are transferred directly to our cleaning staff since they are the ones that have any additional work added to their cleaning schedule. Please send us a message once you made the reservation so that we can discuss further.
