Little gem close to Óbidos
10.0We (2 people) enjoyed our stay and Francisco was a fantastic host. The location is near to drive to a lot of sights and beaches.
− No smart TV
Price to Quality Ratio Mismatch
5.0Property was small and basic but we chose it because we could have a dog there (for a fee of 20 euros). Francisco is very sweet and did the check-in and check-out exactly on time.
− The price to quality ratio is completely misaligned. We paid €120 a night in December and I am seeing that over the next six months they are charging between €185 and €195 a night, which you may expect at an oceanfront villa but not here. The house is very small, and because most of the lightbulbs were exposed and extremely bright, we had to use just the two bedroom lamps to light the whole house which wasn't so cozy. If they want to charge premium, I would recommend that they give everything a serious upgrade. I've stayed at guesthouses in Portugal for half the price and double the quality.
