8.0Clean, cozy, well equiped. The owner was very helpful. The little house is at a distance from touristic places. The area around is close to several factories, there are nowhere to go for a walk. It has one small supermarket and cafe. The location is perfect if you want to travel around: to visit Aveiro (12 min), Costa Nova (30 min), Ovar, Santa Maria de Feira castel etc. We even drove to Braga and Porto.
− At very beginning of our stay it was too hot to sleep. But the owner brought air ventilator. It helped a bit. The house doesn't have garden and dedicated car parking spot. So you need a bit of luck to get a place in a public one (only 10 spots) or to park next to the walls of other houses.

9.0Everything was good. Andrea was so helpful and kind. Kitchen was full except coffee maker and electrical kettle. There is Nesspreso available but charged. Location is good when you have car. Small symple bar next to it.
− Only the mattress are not good. So soft and old.rest are perfect!
