8.0The location was close to family event with access to many stores and restaurants within 7 mins drive. Staff addressed some concerns during the visit promptly.
− The dryer was unable for use and a bathroom fan didn't work. Door to washer/dryer closet needed to be put back on the track. Pet deposit needed many follow ups from me up to day of arrival to be processed.
Great space
10.0This property was terrific! It is one side of a duplex, but we never heard anything from the other tenants. There was plenty of room with three bedrooms, two full baths, a nice-sized living area, and open kitchen/eating area. It was so easy to navigate Statesboro from this space, too! I highly recommend.
