Exceptional Escape
10.0Loved having a kitchen & being able to cook breakfast in the morning. Was nice to be able to have anything in Sandra's garden. I was able to pick a fresh papaya from a tree & eat it. Bed & sofa was all comfy. Had beach chairs sun, umbrella, boggie boards & noodles to use. Also nice to have a drying rack & detergent to wash clothes. Sandra's was a warm & welcoming host with great suggestions of what to visit. There was also Big Island Guide Books and a binder with suggestions for restaurants, beaches, snorkling etc which was helpful. Thoroughly enjoyed staying in a quiet neighborhood.

− 部屋が海と反対側だったので、ホテルで言えばパーシャルオーシャンビューという感じだった。 ベランダから海を眺めながらコーヒーを飲む、ということはできなかった。 キッチンを照らす灯りが点灯しなかった。
We've found our dream rental on the Big Island, which is soon because there's still so much to do!
10.0Beautiful surroundings and rental, clean, well equipped, and just as advertised. Friendly, generous and gracious host - we felt so welcome and relaxed, as if we were at home. So peaceful and yet so close to everything we wanted to do on the Big Island. When we come back, we will simply stay here and use tour group outings to venture out if going any considerable distance (Volcano, Mauna Kea). The Great Kona Escape is a phenomenal home base for anything you might want to do. thanks so much!
