8.0Sehr ruhige und Abgeschiedene Lage; rustikale Hütte, aber trotzdem gut eingerichtet (Küche, warme Dusche); viel Platz draußen auf der Wiese zum Spielen; Besitzer antwortet per Mail schnell auf Fragen
− Man wird früh geweckt von der Eisenbahn in der hellhörigen Hütte; Beschreibungen (Müllentsorgung etc) wären gut; schade, dass man das Thema Bootnutzung nicht besser und mehr prominent verwendet

− Die Wohnung ist in die Jahre gekommen, z B. sind einige Dinge austauschwürdig, z.B. das Sofa.

7.0Die Lage des Hauses war sehr gut. Das Haus ist ok, aber noch etwas überholzbedürftig. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und immer per Mail erreichbar. Die Sauberkeit war ok, aber hätte besser sein können. Wir haben noch eine Unterhose des Vormieters gefunden. Putzmittel, Waschmittel, Handtücher, Bettwäsche alles da. Das ist selten.
− Das Haus sollte nur für vier Personen sein. Das dritte Schlafzimmer könnte mit Schränken zum Ankleidezimmer umgestaltet werden. Es gibt bisher nicht einen freien Schrank für die Gäste, aber auch keinen Platz für die Koffer. Wo soll man also mit den Kleidern hin? Es stehen zum Kochen nur zwei Töpfe zur Verfügung, für sechs Personen.... Die Betten sind sauber aber alle komplett durchgelegen. Wir hatten alle Rückenschmerzen. Die müssen dringend ausgetauscht werden. Leider lassen sich auch nicht alle Fenster öffnen bzw. nach den öffnen wieder schließen. Die Couch ist dermaßen schmutzig, dass man sich ungerne drauf setzt. Eine Reinigung ist nicht kostenintensiv. Wir hatten das Gefühl, dass der Vermieter eigentlich gerade beim Renovieren ist. Fazit: das Haus ist ok, aber in diesem Zustand viel zu teuer.
