10.0Een super rustige locatie met zeer gastvrije eigenaars en veel buitenruimte. Een toffe tuin om samen te eten en te genieten van de natuur rondom.
Genieten op de boerderij
10.0De gastheer en -vrouw waren super lief. Ze waren enorm in de weer als we iets nodig hadden of vragen hadden om ons te helpen. Ze zorgden ook heel goed voor onze kinderen. Zo liet Robi heel graag alle dieren zien aan onze oudste zoon die maar al te graag ging kijken. Hij toonde welke besjes we mochten plukken en eten. Hij kwam elke avond met de pony langs waar onze kinderen dol op waren. Hij reed met onze oudste met de speelgoedtraktor. Ze hadden ook heel wat speelgoed dat we mochten gebruiken. Het was zalig. Onze kinderen hadden er de beste tijd. Ook voor ons als ouder een zeer rustige omgeving. Een uur rijden naar Ljubljana en Logar Valey maar in de directe omgeving was het ook heel mooi om te wandelen. We zijn er echt tot rust gekomen.
A wonderful location and exceptionally warm Slovenian hospitality
9.0The Vesel family homestead provides a wonderful opportunity to rest and relax in a beautiful but quiet area of Slovenia, away from the crowds. It’s surrounded by forests and hills if you want to go walking but the outdoor space of the homestead is also a perfect place to sit and read, sunbathe or doze. The house is spacious and cool in summer (as long as you keep the windows and doors closed during the day). I was there in a heat wave and didn’t feel any need for air conditioning. We had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay and were very happy. The hosts are exceptionally welcoming and friendly and happy to organise a range of activities for you (via the Booking.com messaging) if that’s what you would like. But there’s no pressure. We recommend the wine tasting session in the homestead Vinoteca. It was excellent value and very informative about life in Slovenia as well as local wines. Thank you very much to the Vesel family.
− There was nothing not to like. Maybe one or two of the appliances in the kitchen are due an upgrade but nothing serious.
Already looking forward to our next visit ….
