− 層板很薄 只要樓上走路比較大力的腳步聲 樓下就會很大聲的陣聲 很不ok 但好在一點就是空間還蠻大的
6人入住，大家規矩沒這麼多住得很輕鬆愉快，但能感覺有些旅客比較難接受，因為廁所位置跟床位分布比較微妙，朋友一起去可能大家要都很OPEN，但家庭去住感覺就會很沒問題。
8.0交通方便，空間極大，cp值高，該有的基本上都有了
− 廁所浴室只有一間 有麻將但沒麻將桌 電視沒有連YT 充電位置比較難 樓上容易撞到頭

10.0Susan est venue nous chercher à la gare en voiture et a fait 2 aller-retour pour tous nous emmener à la maison. L’emplacement est parfait. La maison grande et confortable. Nous avons adoré notre séjour. Un grand merci à Suzan.

8.0建物は古いですが、部屋は広く、清潔できれいにリノベーションされています。 台鉄の宜蘭駅から近く、コンビニ、飲食店も徒歩圏にいっぱいあります。（宜蘭バスターミナルは駅の反対側ですが、駅を回り込まなくても駅の中を通行させてもらえます） 立地が分かりにくい（細い路地を入っていって左に曲がる）ため？料金を支払ってもらうため？（←多分こっちが主目的と思う）、宜蘭到着時にオーナーさんが駅まで迎えにきてくれました。（←これほこれで有り難かった）
− 総じて良いのですが、シャワーの温度が安定しない点は改善が必要です。（冬であれば、水温が下がっている間は寒いと思います。） また、テレビはリモコンが2つあり、説明書等が無かったので、使い方がよく分かりませんでした。 注意点としては、料金は、チェックインの時にオーナーにキャッシュで支払いが必要です。カードも使えません。（私達は事前にBooking.comのサイトでカードで支払っていると勘違いしていたので、当日、手持ちのキャッシュをかき集めて何とか対応しました。）

− 唯一不方便的地方是廁所只有一間 而且是在1樓房間裡面 對於是跟朋友一同出遊的旅人比較不方便 如果是家人出遊還勉強可以
