The host John was easy to work with and the checkin was a breeze! The main house is clean and spacious and the ADU at the backyard providing more space for my family is a big plus. The neighborhood is quiet and there are many good restaurants nearby.

Great stay with a fantastic host, excellent location, and thoughtful extras—just a minor issue with the ironing board.

The property owner was amazing—very informative, responsive, and quick to answer any questions. The space itself was very roomy with plenty of space to relax. I also appreciated the thoughtful touches like a complimentary bottle of wine, a few beers, coffee, and toiletries. The location was great too—close to lots of amenities and very easy to get around.

− The only issue I had was with the ironing board. It was very old and wouldn’t stand properly, so I had to lay it on the bed to iron my clothes. I know most people may not use one often, but I still do, so that was a bit inconvenient.

Die Gegend war ruhig und nicht an einer Hauptstraße. Das Auto konnte an der Seiteneinfahrt geschützt geparkt werden. Parkmöglichkeiten gab es zusätzlich genügend an den Straßenseiten. Die beiden Orangenbäume im Garten sind gute Schattenspender an einem heißen Sommer. Man sitzt im eigenen Garten mit zwei Terrassen und Sonnenschirmen. Wir hatten das Haus aufgrund des Angebotes von 1448 US Dollar für eine Woche gebucht und weil die Lage für unseren Zweck optimal war. Der Service war immer erreichbar und hat sofort reagiert. Der Flughafen Long Beach ist in 3 Minuten Autofahrt erreichbar.

− Das Haus ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Vor allem die alten vermoderten, verzogenen Fenster im Haupthaus ließen sich schwer bedienen. In einem Fenster war sehr viel Kot von Termiten zu sehen. Die Mülltonne musste man zur Leerung auf die Straße rollen und hinterher zurück in das Grundstück stellen. Die Küchenschränke und Dreh-Griffe von den Jalousien waren klebrig. Die Couch und eine der Sessel waren sichtbar fleckig. Die Kontrolllampe für den Filterwechsel am Kühlschrank Wasserspender war auf Rot. Das Licht im Flur funktionierte nicht. Viele zerkratzte und verbrannte Pfannen.
