Adequate but too expensive.

− Don’t advertise air conditioning when the unit has none. Don’t hide the fact there are lots of steep stairs. Solve the problem of the bedroom coolers throwing off breakers.
Simple, had to sleep with windows open and traffic noise was distracting.
