1.0Nothing to like, it's a scam, house is lived in, pictures on Booking.com are not from house at address. We were left without a place to stay and had to drive back to Miami.

Very comfortable house in Marco Island

7.0− The house has a lot of potential but the owners have definitely neglected the home. When we got there, the code we were given did not work at all and we tried several times. Luckily the back door was open and that's how we got in. The pool area and pool did not have lights nor did it have a heated pool. The house could have been way cleaner. We had to wash all towels and bed sheets before using because they were not clean at all. Garage door did not open at all. Bathrooms were not clean either. One of the toilets needs replacement because it had a very bad odor of urine and dirtiness. One of the bathrooms was clogged we had to try to unclog it ourselves but the water still rose as we showered. House needs serious maintenance.
Good stay but no recommend return.

9.0This home is a great value. Great location, plenty of space for our family of four, close to great restaurants and the beach. The heated pool was a huge hit with all of us.
− The only issue we encountered was the temperature when we arrived. I think the guests who stayed before us had turned off the AC and it was pretty warm when we got there, even though the AC had been turned back on. We were worried it wasn't working. The hosts were super kind and responsive and the issue actually resolved itself by morning. We had a great time!
