Please note the pet policy:
Pets (dogs only) are an additional $100 per pet per stay. Limit of 2 pets. Pets must be 100% house broken. Pets must have all shots, and be free of fleas. No puppies permitted. Dogs must be walked and cleaned after for toileting. Pets may not freely toilet on the backyard. Outside, pets must be kept inside the gated back yard, when not on a leash. Pet food and water must remain on the mat provided in the kitchen. All pet waste must be cleaned up after and disposed of in a pet waste bag (separate from a regular trash bag). Additional fees will be charged if these rules are not followed, and/or if your pet causes damage. All pets must be approved. NO aggressive dog breeds. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
