10.0The location is great. It is indeed steps away from the gulf. Very comfortable beds, clean, everything we needed to enjoy the home was provided, including beach chairs, beach towels, and more.

10.0Die Nähe zum Strand und die zentrale Lage auf der Insel ist fantastisch. Wir waren zum 2. Mal hier und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Das 1. Mal 2022 vor den beiden Hurrikanen, die leider den schönen grünen Außenbereich weitestgehend vernichtet haben. Auch wenn wir unsere Gastgeber Eric und Brenda nicht persönlich kennengelernt haben, sind sie die besten Gastgeber die man sich nur wünschen kann. Die Kommunikation über Booking verlief reibungslos und die Antworten erfolgen prompt. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man zum Inselleben benötigt. Im Vergleich zu anderen Unterkünften auf AMI stimmt hier noch das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis. Wir hoffen, dass das so bleibt und keine Luxussanierung erfolgt, wie im ehemaligen Blue Water Beach Motel, welches sich ein paar Meter weiter südlich befindet. Wir sind kaum abgereist und vermissen AMI und unsere schöne Unterkunft schon jetzt.
− Unser einziger Kritikpunkt ist die Außenterrasse. Sie wirkt etwas lieblos und es war trotz Sonnenschirm schwierig im Schatten zu sitzen. Der Schirm war knickbar, behielt aber nicht die Position. Aufgrund der jetzt fehlenden Begrünung sitzt man auch wie auf einem Präsentierteller. Dennoch haben wir hier gerne draußen gesessen, auch unsere Abende im Kerzenschein werden uns in guter Erinnerung bleiben.

Gepflegte Unterkunft in Strandnähe
9.0Super Lage in Strandnähe, nach 100m hat man Sand unter den Füßen. Geräumig und sauber, alles vorhanden. In der Garage ist alles zu finden, was man für den Strand braucht. Innenausstattung entspricht den Bildern, ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber gepflegt und funktional. Klimaanlage schön leise, Deckenventilatoren sehr angenehm. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter top.
− Außenbereich ist aktuell nicht so wie abgebildet. Pflanzen sind laut Vermieter beim letzten Unwetter stark in Mitleidenschaft gezogen worden. Es sind aber aktuell Arbeiten im Gang, um alles wieder herzurichten.
