10.0Everything was super clean! The host literally had everything you'd ever need for the perfect beach vacation. The bed was extremely comfortable, the game room was a blast for the kids. We also loved the putting green and kayaks for floating around. You have the beautiful cocoa beach on one side and the yellow river on the other side for absolutely stunning sunsets. Life jackets, fishing gear, beach toys and boogie boards for time in the water. This place was an absolute gem!!

10.0The house is super clean. Location is great and they have every little thing you might need, it was nice to have a few simple amenities you'd have at home but weren't expecting, like baggies for leftovers, and a toothbrush one of us forgot to bring. Communication was great as well. I'd definitely stay here again.
− The only thing I could say is the bed were too soft for me, but it wasn't a huge deal.

10.0On a tout aimé de cet endroit. Tout a été pensé, on a manqué de rien et on s’est senti comme à la maison. On voyage depuis 3 ans en famille et c’est le plus bel endroit qu’on a hébergé. Un grand merci ☺️
− Quand on traverse pour la plage, le boulevard est vraiment passant et il n’a pas de passage pour les piétons. La fan du restaurant est bruyante quand on soupe sur la terrasse. Mais c’est vraiment pas grave selon moi.

10.0My visiting friends from Canada shared this place with us. It had been 30 years since we stayed somewhere together and they were thrilled with the place. One even mentioned that all rental hosts should be like our host. The little extras did not go without notice! Well done!
