10.0Location was perfect for our stay to be close to Moby Arena at the college. Safe neighborhood. The beds were great! Had an extra bedroom if we needed it. And a hot tub in the back to relax in at night. Loved it!

10.0Has everything you need! Big comfy couch. Clean. Fun decorations. Coffee maker, French press AND coffee! A hot tub. Walking 15 mins to old town or CSU. fun place!

10.0Our third year in a row. Says it all! Excellent location. Less than 15 minutes walk to the Old Town along quiet roads, yet only a block from one of the main arteries in/out of the city. Easy drive (or walk) to the City Park. An alternative in-door swimming pool only 5 minutes from the front door.

10.0Property is close to campus and old town. Quiet neighborhood. Hosts were able to allow us to check in a little early to accommodate a change in my daughter's surgery schedule.
