The apartment is clean and matches the photos. It is located 100 m from the beach and 10 minutes by car from Ponta Delgada. The positive points: the staff is very attentive and available. They are proactive and very professional. The apartment is well equipped.

− The apartment is very very badly located: Opposite a road with a lot of traffic and when you go out you are directly on the terrace of a bar that plays loud music in the evening. All night long we are woken up by motorcycles, music or cars passing at full speed. There is so much traffic that it is not possible to open the windows. It is so uncomfortable that we did not make any meals in the apartment. We left in the morning and did not return until late in the evening to spend as little time as possible in the apartment. There is an unpleasant smell on the ground floor. If you are looking for peace and quiet, go your own way. I find that the price does not correspond at all to the standard of the apartment.

Perfect location, full equipment. Nice, clean, el.scooters, towels for the beach. Check-in possible 24h. Owner very nice, excellent communication.

Location was great, quick access to everywhere and everything. House was comfortable, clean and perfect for our stay. Hugo and Marco were great. Yes, we had a couple issues but what vacation doesnt. Me and my family had a great time, and my teens loved being so close to so many beaches and loved those scooters ❤

− Communication from staff disorganized. Cleaner showed up wrong days and time, twice also electrician for another location came. Also bathroom in main floor has a vent where you can hear everything from snack bar next door and where smoke comes in from next door. Their patrons also stand and hang out on front steps smoking and hanging out. Their owners didnt even seem to care. The street is very busy.
