− The toilet seat broke the first night, couldn’t contact anyone, so I personally paid for a new toilet seat $15.00 Propane tank was empty replaced it for $25.00

9.0Check-in and check-out were easy. Neighborhood was safe and close to relatives that we were visiting. House was spotlessly clean and spacious. We had access to all the cookware/towels/toiletries we needed.
− Security questions and pre-checkin requirements (upload of license/selfie) was something we weren't comfortable with and would have preferred to do in-person. Garbage can was overfilled when we arrived, so we had to take our trash with us when we left (not a big deal, but just wanted to mention it).
