1.0We have yet to receive a full refund on our account. We never set foot on the property. We drove 6 hours and never spent any time enjoying our weekend. We turned around and went home due to poor communication and not having anyway to get into the place we rented. Called property and emailed several times. Please issue the full refund like we were told by Brian at booking. We have noticed booking keeps trying to call and trying to take more money. We are unavailable for speaking. Disgusted with the situation. Someone tried to take more money from our account. This is gone too far you refund us the money.. we were promised and we have several screenshots. This is the most ridiculous thing ive ever had to deal with. We are reporting this and letting our bank know to take further action if this isnt resolved. Booking has very rude people and cannot communicate well at all.
We had a wonderful time.
