6.0The location is great for walking to downtown Depoe Bay.. Road noise from 101 quite noticeable in the front areas of house. Would not recommend for families with toddlers due to stairs and no way to block for safety. Nice outside small balcony but again not for toddlers due to the unfinished wood supports and risk for splinters. Main living room area on 2nd floor furniture has plastic chairs and very small sofa. Expected more comfortable seating .
