The proximity to the beach, local restaurants, light house, pier, and grocery store was fantastic!! The pool was large, water cool, and there was plenty of seating. Beach was not crowded, and access was easy. The ferry ride to Carolina Beach was awesome.

− The unit we stayed in was not properly cleaned, we had trash under the beds, in the trash can in a bedroom, and the floors were dirty. The area rug had peanuts under the coffee table and blue berries on the second shelf of coffee table. We shook out the rug, it had so much sand under it, and in it, you could fill a sand bucket. The pillows were flat, and beds had to be made upon arrival as housekeeping only throwed a comforter on them. The linens from the previous stay were in bags and outside the door when we arrived and a week later when we left. The elevators were not working when we arrived, and when I messaged about them not working, I never got a reply. Then, when I spoke with the office and messaged about the unit being dirty, I never got a reply from "housekeeping."
