9.0The place was great! The suggestions below are minor improvements which would make the place near perfect.
− As I said above, the place is Great...these suggestions would just make it better/more user friendly. The bbq needs to be maintained better. The beds in the loft are not as comfortable as they should be and they are noisy(but the futon is fine) however they are probably fine for kids. It would be nice to have some hooks to hang personal towels in the bathrooms. The icemaker in the fridge is really slow. Bring your own ice No basic spices, so take note and bring your favorites
Overall, this house was nice but it should be classified as a 3 bedroom with a loft and cost less.
7.0The property was spacious.
− This house was classified as a 4 bedroom which wasn't correct. There was a loft above above the kitchen not a 4th bedroom. There was a very squeaky and worn out trundel beds and a futon to sleep on. The loft had no closet, dresser or curtain on the window. The bath towels were thread worn and very thin. The kitchen was lacking some essentials like, film, foil, and very had to buy ground pepper. Both BBQ were dirty and only partially working so you couldn't cook on them. There was very little outdoor space to enjoy because the rear deck was small for five people.

9.0I loved the size of the property. the loft area is such a great addition.
− not that it wasn’t doable without but it would have been nice to have at least one more tv in one of the rooms.
