Good place to stay if there is electricity, bad management from host.

The place was cozy, we had access to all appliances. Place has WiFi, cable, boardgames and even DVD movies.

The place was not clean. You could tell that they hadn’t sweep in a while. Also, there were hairs on the bed pillows, which makes me think that don’t out clean sheets and pillowcases after each reservation. The mattresses on the single beds HAVE to be changed as you can feel the wires in them already. What was even worse, is that all June Lake had been out of power since either Christmas Eve or Christmas Day and that was not communicated to us. The this would have been ok if they had power transformers but the 2nd night we were there, we had no heater, no nothing and we didn’t have enough blankets to cover at night. When I called the real estate agency that manages the place they told us that they knew there was no power and to turn on the stove for heat. We were traveling with a toddler (which they knew about) so this was dangerous to do. All in all, it’s a good place but the circumstances and the lack of communication from the host is what killed it for me and my family.

Good, clean and close to June Mt ski area

7.0

Location is great if you're going to June Mountain ski area or any of the lakes (June, Gull, Grant). This b&b was not fancy. Quite basic, but comfortably slept 3 people. (my young son's friend slept on the couch)

Slightly lack of amenities in the kitchen (no salt, cooking oil or spray, or sugar). Only 1 bathroom located in the bedroom, but we knew that upon booking.

Great location/ easy check in. Living Space a bit small & watching TV was a bit awkward. Nice bed & bathroom set up. Overall good place but rates for Jamfest were high

The neighbor upstairs was a bit loud

It was hard to find a place to park to pick up the keys. It would have been nice if the paper work indicated there was a drop box to return the keys. I waited until the office was supposed to open and I didn't need to do that.
