8.0− The apartment had a very dirty floor, I came with small children and expected it to be clean, I don't understand why it wasn't cleaned before our arrival! We arrived an hour earlier with three small children, we had a long journey, but unfortunately we were not allowed to check in earlier, they said that the room was not ready yet and they were cleaning it, but when we got to the room it was dirty! There is no kettle in the apartment!
