1.0It's convenient, no long walks to get essentials
− Security in the house, they don't take good care of the house inspection after the guest has left. We even bought our own toilet paper.

9.0*Great location*: Perfect spot, easy access to everything, close to shopping centre. *Spectacular view* *Close to the beach* *User-friendly braai facilities close to the pool.
− There is DVD's, but no DVD player
It was well worth it and we'd love to go again next year.
8.0The unit was just wow. Neat and perfectly laid out. It also gave us a beautiful view of the ocean and the launch pad. Being close to shops was a bonus. We liked the lights in the unit. Having fans on top and being able to adjust the fan from a remote on the wall. Then also that shower head was just amazing. Felt like you were standing under a waterfall.
− The only thing that we had a problem with was the microwave.
Once the unit is upgraded, it will make a great holiday rental unit.
7.0I liked the close proximity to transport and amenities, and the sea view was great. It is also a peaceful complex.
− The unit, its furniture and look are quite outdated.
