Ideal for summer, not as much for winter
7.0The apartment is well equipped in terms of kitchen utensils. Bedding is comfortable. Outside braai area (for summer) is convenient and spacious.
− It is currently more suited for a summer breakaway. The inside fireplace could not be used as the whole apartment was under smoke and smelled like smoke (especially upstairs, shared chimney). They did attend to the problem but unfortunately it was not quick and easy to resolve. For this reason it did not completely meet our expectations for a cosy winter breakaway.

7.0− The kitchen utensils etc need some upgrading and sorting. There were no microwavew dishes with matching lids. All the mugs,glasses etc were random - nothing matched . The cutlery was sparse and non matching. We battled with the alarm and beams which kept going off randomly.

10.0What's not to like, the house was fully kitted with everything we needed. Stay in Paternoster provide you with all the details to everything. We would go back a 3rd time

10.0Sea Pearl was exactly what we hoped for—and more. The house is spacious, private, and very well equipped (especially the kitchen). As a family of five, we loved the layout, safe surroundings, and quiet cul-de-sac location. The tandem carport with direct access to the kitchen was super convenient, plus there’s extra safe off-street parking right in front of the house. Easy walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops made everything effortless. The outdoor space and upstairs terrace with sea views were highlights—we even slept with the doors open. A peaceful little slice of heaven. We stayed 6 nights and already plan to return next year for longer. Highly recommended!
− Only a small note—just plan ahead for a longer stay by bringing a few extra basics like dishwashing tablets and toilet paper. Also keep in mind there’s no linen change or cleaning during your stay, but this can easily be arranged at a small additional cost. Shops are very close by, so it’s quick and easy to top up anything you need.
