1.0Regrettably, nothing was done to remedy the situation. A double booking by Dream Resorts resulted in a deeply disappointing weekend, one we had eagerly anticipated for five months. As compensation, Dream Resorts offered only a 10% discount on a future booking — a gesture that clearly reflects a lack of understanding of the extent of the inconvenience and disruption their actions, or inaction, have caused.
− THE DOUBLE BOOKING RESULTED IN US NOT HAVING ACCOMODATION AT HIGHLAND RUN.

it was excellent, except the gravel road far from town
10.0It was self catering, the location is bad, too deep in the mountains on a gravel road and bad for small cars.
− Notify visitors about the long gravel road for them to prepare off-road vehicles for that road.
