− Getting there was a bit tricky as the roads were slippery, we had to take an alternative route. But once we got there, all was well...

− The location, too much gravel road. No changing of towels which is a basic during a 2 night stay

A lovely comfortable stay where the necessities were well catered for. Quick and easy check in and check out.
7.0It has great views of the mountain, very quiet and conveniently positioned in proximity to a lovely hiking trail and short work to town. All the bedding was relatively good quality so bedtime was very pleasant. Bathrooms were all clean and comfortable.
− The blankets needed a real washing, they reeked especially the ones in the lounge. The lack of cupboards in the bedroom with the bunk beds was unnerving especially given that it’s meant to accommodate as many people as the room suggests. There wasn’t enough dishwashing liquid for the duration we spent. The cleaning costs are separate to the estimated price which is deceitful but the house is generally easy to clean. It would have been good to have more refuse bags. The refrigerator is incredibly small.

− Clarens has a water problem so needed to keep bringing in mineral water everyday for drinking and cooking ( Host informed about this as well) Room with bunk beds has no cupboards Lighting can be better
