Delightful property, quiet safe location
9.0The hosts were excellent and quickly dealt with our queries. The location felt secure and quiet. The property was very well equipped with everything that you could need.
We were delighted with this choice of venue for our relaxing break in Sedgefield.
10.0Lavendel Cottage excels in every way - from location to comfort, beautiful decor to being equipped to a higher standard than we've ever encountered before (and we've travelled extensively). There was also a more than generous array of consumables for our use. Therefore we have no qualms about highly recommending this truly delightful venue - thank you Cheryl and Werner for your superb hosting abilities and for providing us with such a peaceful and tranquil 'home from home'.

Home away from home. Will definately reccomend or book the cottage again.
9.0This cottage is the ideal home away from home. It has everything you need especially in the kitchen. You kind of get the feeling that you rather stay at “home” than go out for dinner. Location also very good. Cheryl and Werner kind hosts and more than prepared to meet your needs.
− Beds (single) were okay but I would suggest bigger duvets (3/4 size)
