Location. Breakfast ok

− We enjoyed our stay overall. The location is fantastic—Ammoudi Bay is peaceful, picturesque, and a great escape from the crowds in Oia. The walk up to Oia isn’t nearly as bad as many people make it out to be, and it’s well worth it for the views. One of the highlights was taking the ferry to Thirasia for just €1 each way, which is an absolute bargain and definitely worth the visit. Breakfast was very good. It was continental, but there was a nice variation each day, which kept it interesting. The only downside was that the delivery time varied, so you needed to be flexible depending on when it arrived. Unfortunately, the accommodation itself could do with some TLC. One of the key features the hot tub wasn’t working, the pillows had mould stains, the décor felt dated and a little odd, and the shower drain was broken. Another inconvenience was the lack of power sockets on either side of the bed, which is something most guests would expect nowadays for charging phones and other devices. The outside areas also look quite shabby and poorly maintained, with broken and worn-out furniture that takes away from the overall experience and doesn’t reflect the photos or expectations. Given that Ammoudi is a fair distance from the centre of Oia, it would also have been helpful if a parking permit had been provided, as parking nearby is limited. A complimentary bottle of water on arrival would have been a thoughtful touch too, especially since there are no shops in Ammoudi. Overall, we had a good stay thanks to the incredible location, peaceful atmosphere, and good breakfast. However, the accommodation itself doesn’t quite match the setting and would benefit from some maintenance, updated facilities, and greater attention to detail to bring it up to the standard that such a beautiful location deserves.

Gyönyörű helyen van, reggeli jó volt, a szoba rendezett, legkondi működött, minden nap jött takarítás törülköző cserével együtt.

− Az erkély sokkal kisebb mint a képeken, két szék és a jakuzzi pont elfért, jó lett volna kifeküdni oda, de a látvány így is lenyűgöző volt. A megközelítés cuccokkal a meredek lépcsőkön fel-le okozott némi nehézséget, de kibírható. Az autóparkoló naponta 10 euro volt, nem volt biztosított a lehetőség a bérelt autónak. Semmilyen polc vagy szekrény lehetőség nincsen a ruháknak, cuccoknak, így a borondbol kellett élni és a hely nagysága miatt a bőröndökez sem lehetett igazán hova tenni, így a konyha részben tartottuk és ide oda tologattuk. A képeken minden jóval nagyobbnak tűnik.

Beautiful sea view and closer to sea. Clean and comfortable inside the accommodation. Spacious terrace and good spot to sit and see the sea and sunset view.

− Due to at bottom of the hill, too much walking and hiking to reach the top section of viewing places and shops. As horses as staying behind the accommodation, when staying outside smell the horse shit. When walking up and down the hill, we should walk through the horse shit. Breakfast is very basic and not tasty. Only ate the bread and jam.
