8.0La posibilidad de aparcar en el lugar. La tranquilidad de la zona (aunque nos pilló obras en la casa de enfrente). La cocina amplia y luminosa.
− Calentador de agua pequeño. Éramos dos y si uno se duchaba no quedaba agua para el siguiente.
Insalubre, et sans chauffage

− Logement absolument inadapté à la location en période hivernale. Il n’y a aucun chauffage, la température intérieure ne dépassait pas 17 °C, avec une humidité très importante. Nous avons dû acheter un radiateur électrique pour pouvoir rester dans le logement sans subir le froid. La literie est insalubre : présence évidente d’acariens, entraînant des piqûres. Situation inacceptable sur le plan de l’hygiène. Le spa est inutilisable : eau trouble, douteuse et froide, très loin des prestations annoncées. Malgré ces dysfonctionnements, le remboursement du radiateur nous a été refusé, alors qu’il a été laissé sur place à l’issue du séjour. Ce logement ne respecte pas les conditions minimales de confort, d’hygiène et de sérieux attendues pour une location touristique. À éviter.
We had a really pleasant 2 week stay in a quiet location
8.0Very quiet location in the mountains in Trujillo- on edge of Moya a lovely town with church, museum and lively cafe street. Secure garden with electric gate. Comfy clean and tidy. Excellent WIFI and spanish TV channels. Good base for exploring the north side of the island. The Canarias Getaway staff are superb and able to help if you have problems.
− A car is essential as Moya is 15 mins up a winding mountain road. We stayed in mid december and the property was chilly as it is not heated. The outdoor jacuzzi was only luke warm. Cooking facilities are limited - no oven, but had electric hob, microwave and sandwich toaster. Warning - the entrance door can blow shut so take care not to leave keys inside.
