9.0A beautifully appointed, nicely furnished property in a very good location. The large number of steps gives you a workout when moving in and out with bags, The reward being a spectacular view from the terrace. Our contact was always prompt to reply, gave good information and was very friendly and polite.
− Slight smell of damp on arrival and in second bedroom, airing the room helped, a good night's sleep was had.

9.0The location was lovely, the facilities in the holiday home were great (and had quite a few added extras we weren't expecting)
This was an excellent stay. The apartment was clean . It had everything and more
10.0Nice views and quiet location. We were surprised at the facilities provided. There is tea, coffee, sugar, condiments, some herbs and spices. Bedding and towels are included (unlike what was stated in another review). There is also a selection of DVD’s if you want to watch. There is a charcoal BBQ, we opted for a disposable BBQ as we would have had to purchase charcoal and firelighters. We just put the disposable one on the BBQ (watch for the seagull though, as soon as you start with food outside they start to congregate. There was £20 credit on the electric when we got there, we were unsure how long this would last. Being the summer months, we were out most of the day and had lights on during the evening and used the dishwasher a couple of times. When we were checking out, I had a look and there was just under £5 left. We went into Looe once using the coastal path, this takes about 30 minutes Tracey is the perfect host. I contacted her a couple of times before we left and again whilst we were there. She replies straight away. I am glad we booked this short break with Tracey and not a holiday company as there is a lot more provided
