Great location and value for money
8.0The location is good, walking distance to the beach and supermarket. There is a shortcut through the golf course, open from 10 to 20h, so the walk to the beach is less than 15 min. The house had everything needed for a comfortable stay.
− There is no a/c, so with the heat wave it was impossible to sleep, the ceiling fans were not helpful. Also there are cats in that neighbourhood, and when we would open the terrace doors they would constantly get in the house.

2.0Emplacement correct, grand appartement au rez-de-chaussée.
− Lamentable, l'appartement était ancien mais rénové, les murs sont en carton-pâte ; on entendait les voisins marcher, parler, prendre une douche, etc... : horrible. Sans oublier ceux qui faisaient la fête tard dans la nuit. Nous avons quitté les lieux un jour avant la fin de notre location, en avertissant le loueur, LA COSTA, qui nous a promis le remboursement d'une journée, mais nous n'avons toujours rien reçu, ni explications ni argent.
Apartamento amplio pero anticuado
6.0Apartamento amplio de dos plantas. Abajo está la entrada y el comedor con salida a patio / jardín y arriba, hay tres habitaciones espaciosas. El coche se aparca en un espacio privado en la misma entrada.
− El apartamento necesita reformas, se ve anticuado. Solo hay un ventilador de techo en el dormitorio principal, faltan ventiladores en todas las habitaciones y en el comedor. En el jardín se echa de menos una sombrilla / toldo. Se recogen las llaves en la recepción de un hotel del mismo grupo pero al cual es recomendable ir en coche por la distancia con el apartamento. En recepción te piden una fianza de 250€ que no está especificada en la ficha de los apartamentos.

− Suciedad , el jardín estaba con bastante suciedad ,el horno estaba muy sucio el baño de abajo olía súper mal , las escobas y fregonas sucias y viejas , las mantas nos dieron mucha alergias , deberían de usar nórdicos , llamamos para poder salir después de mediodía y aprovechar el día ya que el día de llegada lo hacemos por la tarde , no te dejan entrar por la mañana , y nos dijeron que no pagar por dormir y perder la estancia del domingo pagando precios desorbitados , no volveremos
