8.0Great little property , very clean and tidy , lovely hot shower, comfy ( but very squeaky) Double bed and spacious room with ample storage fridge and freezer and a dishwasher which was handy . nice little garden for outside dining the location is perfect for Lake Bala and surrounding areas ,
− Nothing I didn’t like However I think and instruction manual / printout would be handy for the Hob and other electrical appliances as some maybe new to users . We were sad not to have a BBq in the garden . Also be carful where you park as the next door neighbour got rather annoyed as we had slightly parked to far “ his way “ The in road parking has no markings so we just parked out front which resulted in a few grumpy swear words from the chap . We moved and he was them friendly enough but just be mindful

7.0The cottage was very clean, with some good appliances that aided speed in the kitchen. Bed mattress and bedding was good.
− Unfortunately the main bed wasn't great. On our first night the slatted base collapsed and we had to reattach the slats. Would definitely benefit from investing in a decent bed frame. The 'fancy' one cup kettle wasn't for us. A traditional kettle would have been much more appropriate for a family of 3. The hedge in the garden could do with pruning. We were expecting a gorgeous open view of the hills to the rear of the garden, as per the booking ad, but only managed to see the view if stood up and peered through a gap to the corner of the garden. All fixable, and would certainly add to the appeal of this little cottage.

10.0Very comfy and well equipped Lovely quiet friendly village. Pub is 12 min walk. Quality equipment and plenty of it. No shortage of utensils.
− All good. Just make sure you have drinks etc before arrival as the shop is 5 miles away.
