La ubicación un 10, la amabilidad otro 10, las condiciones de la vivienda otro 10. El duplex está para vivir allí.

− Lo único que no nos gustó es que el aire acondicionado de la planta superior, no tiene función alguna, apunta a la puerta del baño y baja por las escaleras, no entra aire a los dormitorios. Los dormitorios de arriba tienen que refrescarse con los ventiladores de techo o dejar el aire puesto mucho rato (mañanas enteras y tardes enteras) con las puertas abiertas. Además de esto, la mampara de la ducha de abajo le hace falta un cambio, se desmontaba sola y costaba cerrarla.

Nos ha gustado todo. No hemos echado en falta nada, la casa ofrece todo lo que se puede necesitar. A destacar los colchones y las almohadas, el bonito patio, la climatización de la casa con ventiladores en todas las estancias y aire acondicionado en las dos plantas, la piscina, la amabilidad y el buen trato por parte de la propietaria... Totalmente recomendable.

Es como si te trasladaras a tu propia casa, no echas en falta nada. Muy importante el ac y los ventiladores en todas las habitaciones. Pilar estuvo súper atenta, pendiente de nosotros. Fantástico!
