7.0l'arrivée simple, la décoration de l'appartement, la propreté. La rue est très calme. La literie est confortable.
− l'appartement est en 1/2 sous-sol, une des "chambres" n'a pas de porte et est juste devant les toilettes. Légère odeur d'humidité dans l'appartement. Il y a une machine à café de marque improbable. Quelques dosettes auraient été les bienvenues
