8.0房間寬敞，採光良好，待在屋內景觀就非常美麗。 廚房設備很齊全，溫泉也不錯，地點離觀光區很近。
− 晚上室內燈光不足，感覺餐廚區太暗。 屋內沒有浴室，洗澡要走到屋外的溫泉小屋，只有一組蓮蓬頭。如果屋內有簡單淋浴設備會更好。 自助check-in的APP，除了一般上傳護照以外，還要求我們錄下［所有人念出自己名字的影像］上傳，這個額外要求令人感覺非常冒犯，我認為這個系統收集過多個人生物資訊，感覺很不安全。如果需要當場確認人員，旅宿方應可派員打視訊電話到館內的主機來，在視訊中確認即可，而不是蒐集住客全員的容貌和音聲檔案。 我們一行人都對旅宿本身非常滿意，但也都對這個自助check-in方式感到疑慮，即使旅宿再完美，下次我也不願意選擇需要這樣錄影才能入住的旅宿。重視數位個資與隱私的住客應慎重考慮。

9.0可以泡湯，整間很寬闊，又在老街旁
− 浴室洗澡只有泡湯區有 有點少 院子草木有整理感覺會更佳
在民宿內泡湯很舒服，散步去老街也很近，建議跟家人或熟識的朋友來，這樣可以稍微降低民宿內隔音不佳的尷尬。
9.01.民宿外有充足的停車空間，可以三台車。 2.民宿內乾淨整潔。 3.民宿位置在老街、金鱗湖旁，都是輕鬆散步可到的距離，停好車後就可以愜意逛湯布院。 4.民宿內有兩間廁所，一層樓空間有三間房間（其中兩間可相通），房間都是和室拉門區隔，隔音不好。洗澡的地方要走到庭院內獨立木屋，有室內湯池及戶外湯池。泡湯相當愜意舒服。湯屋內有充足的毛巾及浴巾。洗髮乳沐浴乳洗面乳身體乳均有供應，洗起來很舒適。 5.食具充足，也有烤箱跟微波爐，非常方便
− 1.室內三間房間隔音不佳，容易相互影響。 2.洗澡區只有一個，且需走到戶外，入住三家人，稍嫌不足也麻煩。 3.吹風機在湯屋有1，主屋民宿內有1，但風量不太夠。
