10.0We wanted to have a bit of Italy, that real Italy, not the one you see in Rome, Milan, etc. And we got it with Domus Afrodite! Just what we wanted. A separate house, an own garden, a cool balcony, and a small, yet such a cozy kitchen (made some great paste there!). The place is fully equipped with everything. The location is great, if you've got or can rent a car, then it's even better. Beaches at Anzio, Nettuno and Lavigno are very close. There're quite a few supermarkets around (Conad or Deco) if you need food, etc. A train station is very close too, a 15-minute walk. And from there it's just 50 mins to Rome. Finally, Edoardo is such a great host! Very helpful, will advise you on any local stuff, beaches, restaurants, transport, etc. It was a real pleasure really!
− It's not a downside, but you may want to be informed that the shower is quite small. And if you ever care to switch on the TV, it's Italian channels. But we had fun with it too!
