9.0Perfekte Lage und Grösse der Unterkunft
− Ein paar Ameisen rund ums Lavabo/Wasserhahn, ansonsten recht sauber.
Spätsommer am Lago Maggiore
7.0Die Lage war sehr gut. Das Haus befindet sich in einer schönen Straße in der Altstadt. Nebenan ist ein Restaurant und der Weg zum See ist sehr kurz. Der Fähranleger und die Bushaltestelle sind ebenfalls sehr nah.
− Das Haus war sehr feucht und kalt. Aus gesundheitlichen Gründen sind wir 3Tage früher abgereist. Die Sitzgelegenheiten waren unbequem. Im Bad gab es kleine Mängel an der Dusche und dem Klodeckel. Die „Pflegeprodukte „ standen zusammen mit den Reinigungsmitteln in einer Ecke. Der Ausblick in den „Garten“ war nicht erbaulich. Das 2.Klo und die Waschmaschine befanden sich draußen in einem Keller.

8.0Das Häuschen ist sehr gemütlich, in der schönsten Straße von Luino. Auch ganz nah am See.,
− Als wir ankamen, war niemand da, wir hatten mehrfach angerufen, niemand ist dran gegangen und es hat 45 Minuten gedauert, bis wir einen Rückruf und WhatsApp bekamen, wo der Schlüssel ist. War insofern sehr doof, weil das Akku vom Handy fast leer war und wir wurden schon nervös… Der Klodeckel war kaputt, wir haben das sofort reklamiert, es kam aber niemand.
Wir kommen gerne wieder
10.0Die besondere Nähe zum Zentrum und zum See waren top! Die Altstadt ist etwas ganz besonderes und ist liebevoll gestaltet. Die Restaurants in der gleichen Strasse sind sehr zu empfehlen und sehr freundlich!
− Ein kleines Minus für: Die Matratzen sind etwas abgenützt! Aber sonst war alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit. Alles, aber auch wirklich alles an Küchenutensilien war vorhanden! Die Einrichtung war sehr schön und den Altstadtverhältnisse gerecht!

8.0Lage: Zentrumsnähe, Adresse (sehr schöne Straße), die Stadt selbst, Terrasse, Balkon, 2 Schlafzimmer, Küche.
− Dusche funktionierte nicht richtig: Handdusche und Kopfdusche waren undicht, Wasser lief sehr langsam ab. Affita.Si Büro war auch während der Öffnungszeiten sehr oft geschlossen.
