8.0Rua tranquila, casa espaçosa e com áreas exteriores privadas- estacionamento e terraço.
− A limpeza podia estar melhor em alguns detalhes. Faltavam alguns artigos de cozinha que dariam jeito ( pano absorvente e rolo de cozinha). Mas sobretudo faltava black out nas janelas, que não tinham estores nem portadas.
