Toimiva internet, hyvät suihkut ja kylpyhuoneet. Kummassakin kylpyhuoneessa on vessanpönttö. Tilava keittiö. Hyvä pyykinpesukone ja kuivausrumpu.

− Aikuisten sänkyjä on vähemmän kuin kuvauksessa sanotaan (yhden hengen aikuisten sänkyä ei ole). Sängyt ovat liian kovat.
