10.0A casa é ótima, de frente para o mar e com tudo que é necessário. É possível ver o sol e a lua nascerem no mar à frente. Tem bom banheiro, cozinha completa (só falta o microondas), muita natureza em volta. Barulho zero, você só escutará o som dos passarinhos em volta da casa. Para quem busca descanso é perfeito.
