La situación

− Vivienda en malas condiciones nada que ver con las fotos, puertas muy estropeadas, vivienda sucia, grasa por toda la cocina, electrodomésticos picados y con óxido, sale agua de la placa de ducha debido a filtraciones, el grifo de lavabo de uno de los baños suelta agua por donde no es, baño sucio con goterones de suciedad en el mueble del lavabo y para rematar un intenso olor a tabaco que inunda por completo el alojamiento durante todo el día, como si se tratara de 10 fumadores dentro de la vivienda,mandos a distancias sin tapa y con un cartón tapando las pilas, televisión antigua que para escucharla debe ser a través de un altavoz a parte porque no funciona, calidad precio, pésima, no volveré

Sin duda lo mejor es su ubicación ya que se encuentra en pleno centro. Fácil moverse a cualquier punto de interés de la ciudad. La comunicación con el propietario fue siempre rápida.

− El olor tan intenso a tabaco proveniente de otro piso contiguo. Es constante y afecta a todo el piso. Es algo que quizás es ajeno a ellos pero para alguien que no fume es importante. El piso necesita mantenimiento genérico.
