Very comfortable and relaxing location with everything we needed for our stay.
10.0The cottage is very attractive, clean and comfortable. It is a lovely place to sit outside and enjoy the view whilst having breakfast or relaxing in the evenings. The quiet location made it a perfect break and it is a good area for walking. It is also a short drive to Rowen or the nearest pub and to Conwy.

8.0Wonderful view over countryside from rear of property. Conservatory very pleasant to sit and eat in. Property close to several places of local interest.

8.0Sycamore Cottage gives you the best of both worlds - close to main tourist sites and peace and quiet at the end of a busy day, full of beautiful scenery and birdsong. The Dutch Pancake House and Groes Inn on the doorstep are an added bonus.
− Nothing to dislike but be aware like many of the country roads in area, lane to cottage is narrow.

9.0Beds, sofas n chairs all comfy, n the cottage, as a whole, had a comfy feeling to it. The kitchen was a great space with a double oven cooker (!!!) and all the equipment you could want, they even have kitchen scales!. The views from the conservatory are amazing, plus plenty of local wildlife shows up which was lovely to watch. There is an en-suite shower to the downstairs bedroom and a large bath upstairs. Conwy water gardens and The Dutch Pancake shop are literally 30 seconds walk (that's at slow speed). Despite the closeness of these the cottage is quiet and peaceful. It's an excellent place to discover, or re-visit the beauty and diversity of North Wales. I will definitely be going back to this cottage.

− Felt it needed some TLC especially outside at the rear. Pillows on beds definitely need improvement
